- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer and listen to what they would like to have done to their property. I assess the property and discuss with the customer the details of the job. I make my recommendations if needed. I quote a price with the terms of payment and give the customer the opportunity to think about the price and get other quotes if needed.I will give a written or electronic(email) proposal. If customer agrees to terms we schedule a time that's convenient for both parties. I fill out contract we review it and start the work.

My father and grandfather are tree cutters. I fell in love with landscaping at a young age when I recognized I had a green thumb.
