Its been a little over a week, and I am still not sure I can articulate how professional, kind, thorough, and a true blessing Kim was to work with during this entire process. We first contacted Yours Truly Events about 4 months before our big day, when our previous planner fell through. From conception, we knew that this was the right company to move forward with. Kim was quickly able to help us secure a venue that encompassed all of our needs. She handled all of our anxiety, frustrations, and confusion with so much grace. She stayed in constant communication and truly took the weight of wedding planning off of our shoulders. The day of our wedding we had a MUA cancel, and within moments a new one was booked and on the way to the venue. Our services start at $2495. Factors that influence your quote include but are not limited to guest count, number of assistants needed, scope of set up, number of in person meetings, number of hours needed on the wedding day and type of venue.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before you choose to work with us we offer a 30 minute Free consultation to go over your vision and your needs. Once you decide to work with us we will then sign an agreement with 30% deposit and schedule our first consultation to get all the details of your special day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in logistics of corporate events and tradeshows for over 19 years.
