- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At T&B Remodeling, we calculate our pricing based on the time we will spend on the job and its complexity. On-site estimates videos and detailed descriptions of the projects help us get more competitive with our estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After recieving a request from a new client, I try to get in contact over the phone to discuss the project's scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During college I took project managemet classes that got complemeted by on-the-job training.
