He was very pleasant to work with, communicated well and was efficient with the time. My only feedback would be the paint finish did not look as professional as I would have expected for the price we paid. After the touch-ups dried the paint still looked splotchy in several areas due to the paint quality. We’re having to go back over quite a few areas ourselves. I also wish the wall, boxes and cabinet doors were painted and sprayed before they were installed to ensure max coverage and even finish. It would have taken a little longer but I would have gladly paid for the extra labor and a higher quality paint if given the option. A little more clarity around the paint process with brand recommendations would have been helpful. Overall would work with them again on the builtin construction process and still happy with the bookcase."See more

Pro was respectful, knew what he was doing, and got my issue taken care of hands down. He tested the washer multiple times ensuring a satisfactory and complete job and waited for my confirmation as well that things were good before stating the job was indeed finish. As a customer I value that he took the time to confirm repairs with such details. Personally, as long as he services my area he is my go to for appliance repairs! Just let me say his expertise and value far outweighs going through insurance if your items are out of the warranty period or big retailers. Thanks so much!"See more
