They installed 8 large LED bathroom mirrors flawlessly and even took the time to correct wiring issues left behind by a previous electrician, which gave us so much peace of mind. They also adjusted our Tesla charger and truly went above and beyond when we needed last-minute help recessing outlets so Best Buy could mount our TVs. Not only did they show up quickly (within an hour), but they also mounted an additional TV for us that wasn’t included in Best Buy’s service, which we really appreciated. They were patient and flexible, even when my husband had to run to Home Depot mid-project to grab a few missing parts. Throughout everything, their communication was clear, they were respectful of our home, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It’s rare to find people who are both highly skilled and genuinely easy to work with, but Hassan and Ben are exactly that. Unlike huge companies that charge high prices he was fair with his prices and did a great job installing dusk to dawn lighting outside our shed and installed led lighting in the shed ( that he provided for purchase at a reasonable cost) and then installed two other outdoor motion activated security lighting in our yard. Seamless experience from beginning to end. Needed last minute outdoor light installation. Naim was responsive for scheduling, and arrived promptly with advanced notice. Provided expertise on design and methods. Was extremely patient with several issues that arose with the bulbs. Professional, superior customer service, and a great value. While Tristan was quick in his response, unfortunately his work did not meet expectations. There were a few issues: 1 - Pricing: What was originally an "all-in" quote was later changed. Originally he told me it would be $45 per light installed (which was already expensive just to replace porch lights) but once completed, not only charged me this, but the price of the lights too 2 - Installation: He had already put in all the lights, and installed them, and them asked me "if i wanted the cool or warm selection?" I noted that all my other outdoor lights were warm, so I'd like to see that (he installed them as a cool setting). He then said it was too difficult to take them out, so left them as cool 3 - Follow-up: After a couple weeks, the cool lights were way too aggressive for my home, and I reached out to see if even I pay him, he could come back and change the setting. He said "Yes" but didn't show up when he said he would, and has since ghosted me in messages. I never write back reviews, but at this point, have followed-up 3 times so feel it's warranted.
