I loved everything chef Craig brought to the table. The food though, brilliant. I already have him lined up for two events of mine this year. Soul food, attention to detail, creativity. He is brilliant. Thanks for making my anniversary dinner amazing, God bless you.

I hired Chef Craig to work a 60th Birthday Celebration for my husband. He worked the full day for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast and Lunch were served Buffet style and Dinner was served plated in 3 courses. Our meals included appetizers, entrees, & sweets. They were ALL delicious. We scheduled dinner around a murder mystery. I had 4 guests & a toddler in addition to myself and husband. Each guest was treated warmly and respectfully. I had one guest that has vestibular migraines and follows a strict diet that is difficult to manage. Chef did all that he could do to cater to her needs and everyone had a delicious and wonderful time. My guest that had specific needs said that she was impressed that her meals were so flavorful. She said often restaurants make her food so bland it is awful. The only negative that I would say is that we are very particular about our floors and clean house in general. We had some clean up to do after they left, but the food and service was so good, that it is small in comparison. He & his assistant worked from 7:00 am in the morning to 10:30 pm that night in either prep or service. We all were impressed by his professionalism, charm, and excellence in his craft. We would and WILL use him again (if he is willing to put up with us) ;-) Thank you so much for a great weekend Chef Craig & Coastal Flavors!! Great Job!!
