I took voice lessons with him for a show that was six weeks away and there has been notable improvements. I was able to sing most of my notes in a range that was not mine, which is incredible because I was once not able to hit most of my notes. He does specialize in musical theatre; so, if anyone needs help specifically with auditions and shows, he is your man. He does have a strong history with musical theatre and does both acting and singing. Even though my show is over, I still continue to take lessons with him, looking for other songs to audition with and to learn just for fun. He's very down to earth and understands the voice very well. He is also flexible with timing. I am a college student at a school almost 50 minutes away and he completely understands my busy schedule. He also is fairly cheap and very understanding financially. Other good voice teachers can charge up to 70 dollars an hour, so this was a very good deal in my opinion. I do not attend school for musical theatre, I just do it as a hobby, but working with him helps fuel my passion for it. If anyone is looking for vocal/acting help and loves musical theatre (both professionally and for fun), he is a great resource.

I have known Valencia Giles for 7 years, and working with her and getting lessons from her has been an amazing experience. She cares for all of her students, and makes sure that they are succeeding not only musically, but academically as well. Valencia Giles as well as the rest of the staff are all extremely nice and caring. They all have years and years of experience. I would trust each and every one of them to give me lessons. If you are deciding on a place to send your child/children to get piano, violin/viola, guitar, and/or singing lessons, or if you want lessons yourself, then don't hesitate to call V.C. Giles Music Studio.

I've been taking singing lessons on Skype with Sasha for about 7 months on a weekly basis. I had no prior singing experience before starting with her. Lessons can be stressful when you're doing things you're not familiar with. Sasha understands this well and adapts to your needs at the right pace. She identifies areas for improvement and provides exercises to practice during the week that focus on these. Each lesson involves working on a song of your choosing. People have told me my singing voice is much better (control, tone, accuracy, clarity) and my speaking voice is improved as well! I enjoy my lessons and know my money is well spent. I highly recommend her for lessons.

I love HoneyBee Records!! My daughter has been taking lessons with Erik Bennett since she was eight and she is about to turn sixteen. She started taking lessons from Elise Bennett several years ago. Over the years, we have had so many wonderful experiences with recital performances, competitions, dinner theatres, studio recordings, and as a "music family". Erik has such creativity and vision and it shows through in everything he does. As business owners and teachers, Erik and Elise are both professional, extremely talented, and very hard working. They love their students and devote all of their talents and love of music into the growth of each student. Not only do they teach, they have a personal interest in the lives of each student. I cannot imagine what our daily lives would be like without Erik, Elise and the HoneyBee Family. Love you guys!!

My son has been taking guitar lessons from Ms. Arrington for almost 2 years, and he loves them. She is patient, supportive, very friendly, and obviously loves what she does. In his case, she endorses his uniqueness while teaching him the basics he needs to maximize his personal style.

Mr Emmanuel is an incredible teacher. He works on really strengthening the vocal cords which allow the voice to develop not only in strength but also in range as well. I was formally trained in voice so I know what he is doing is the best way of training a voice. He has been working with my daughter and I am hearing a difference in her voice. Her voice is becoming stronger and her range is wider. With his help preparing her, she just did her first audition and succeeded at it making it into a musical troupe. His love of music really shows in his teaching and his ability to correct in a positive way so the student feels encouraged is unique. My daughter comes away from her lessons feeling good, encouraged that she can do more and excited to practice, all due to his attitude and teaching ability. I would highly recommend him. He is the best!

I have had the pleasure of working with Carroll Briggs for a couple years now, training as a soloist and a part of a group. He is well versed in vocal training as well as music history. He teaches excellent vocal and performing techniques to bring out the best in you. I’ve learned so much from him in such a short time. My breathing techniques, vocal strength and overall confidence have improved immensely. Carroll makes lessons enjoyable for all age groups. My 15 year old daughter looks forward to lessons each week because Carroll has a way of making practices and challenging aspects of singing fun and exciting. He is very professional and great in explaining the things that we need to work on. He is also encouraging, thorough, and patient when explaining things we might not understand. What I like most about Carroll is that he understands the need for individual attention as well as the overall needs required for the success of a group. If you are looking for a knowledgeable vocal coach who is supportive, dedicated, experienced, and will be able to tailor lessons for your specific needs, I highly recommend Carroll Briggs.

We've met Mrs. Amy for the first time in 2009, I was looking for a piano teacher for my son. He was 8 and he never played any instrument before, I wasn't event sure he would have liked piano. They had a connection from the beginning. Mrs. Amy is extremely professional, demanding, but also gentle, very passionate and a sweet woman. She doesn't like wasting time, but she always found the time during class to talk with my son about his day, without compromising productivity. My son started with a 30 minutes class and the amount of progresses he made was incredible for a such short amount of time. After a couple of years, I signed him up for an hour long class, with the approval of the teacher. We doubled the time of learning and my son always told me that time was flying. He grew with her, the bond between this wonderful teacher and my son was amazing, based on respect, desire to learn, complicity, and yes, fun. My son is 13yo now, he loves playing piano and he's also playing trumpet in the school's band. Unfortunately we moved out of GA otherwise we would have never stopped piano lessons with Mrs. Amy. Great woman, great teacher, we've been blessed to find such a great person. I definitely recommend her for any kid, or teen who wants to start loving music and piano. Samuela

My daughter started having her voice lessons with Svitlana in 2013 being a 10 year old. She hadn't had any kind of singing experience before. Currently, she is taking a weekly or sometimes semi-weekly voice lessons and I believe she is progressing quite well and likes both the lessons and the performances. She has a varioty of songs is her repertuare including several Adele's songs, Rihanna's "Russian Roulette", Aguilera's "Beautiful", Avicii's "Addicted to You", "California Dreaming", and many others, including some of the Russian songs (she is native Russian). Svitlana has a small group of differently aged girls and even gave all of them the opportunity to make a professional music video with a recording in one of the best recording studio in Atlanta. My daughter was very quite and shy in the beginning but by now she has learned how to breath, use her voice properly and how to present herself. She became more open and confident for the auditions or in the concerts. Svitlana herself has a great voice and definitelly knows how to handle kids in their learning process and how to make them feel more comfortable. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants to start learning singing.

My singing, breath control, writing style, rap melodies, confidence, and everything has improved in just a short time and I'm so excited for my new project! THANK YOU TAIWO! Dr. Davis is my piano instructor and has been for the past two years. Attempting to make steps towards my personal goal of being fluent in piano, I saw an ad for Dr. Davis's piano lessons and decided to go for it! I was not and have not been disappointed since! Dr. Davis is a wonderful teacher and has not only been a fantastic instructor, but a hardworking role model in my life. After some time of getting to know him by student and teacher, he teaches in a way that builds off of exactly where you are in your piano skill (such as the complete piano beginner I started as) and in your life as well. I am in college at the University of Georgia pursuing a difficult degree, and piano unfortunately has taken the backseat for me a few times. Regardless, Dr. Davis has taught me in a way that has changed pace with the chaos of my school life and has encouraged me to continue pursuing piano no matter how crazy life gets. He is a very fair and understanding instructor and works with your schedule as well (I have had to miss a few lessons in the last two years due to personal issues and Dr. Davis was understanding and accommodating in re-scheduling!) Overall I truly enjoy taking piano with Dr. Davis and plan to continue to! My passion for music has grown in numerous ways and Dr. Davis's musical knowledge has encouraged me to practice more and even compose! Remember though, Dr. Davis wants to help the person who is honest in their interest to learn for the betterment of themself. He is an absolutely wonderful supplement to your own desire to learn piano but cannot be a direct substitution for the practice you need to put in to make progress! This is one of the biggest lessons I've learned from Dr. Davis and in turn studying piano under him as helped me as a student in college as well! My management of time has improved and the same work ethic needed to progress in piano has translated directly over to my school work! Thank you for taking the time to read this and I totally recommend Dr. Davis's piano lessons!
