I've been training with Jay MasterFitness Gee for 3 years. He's helped me go from weak to STRONG without stepping into a gym. He uses a myriad of techniques that have kept my body guess and changing: body weight exercises, pilates, kettlebells, stretching, swimming, boxing ... the list goes on and on. I'm amazed at the things I can do now. We even did several months working on self defense moves, and I've never been more confident in my ability to protect myself. My experience with Rahsaan was absolutely amazing!! Through massage every tension in my body from stress was released. If you live a life where you deal with more than enough on your plate on a day to day basis then this is definitely the person you need to see!! I even chose to take him up on his personal training abilities and in no shape or form was I disappointed. Not only was he able to help me in a gym setting but he also gave a great diet to follow and little exercises to help me at home due to my busy schedule. I highly recommend Rahsaan to any and everyone if you have the goal of starting to live a healthier life!!

PCA is composed of many Martial Arts instructors, with unique individualized skillsets. All of the instructors and Senseis are very competent and versed in various techniques and formats. PCA aggressively prepares a range of clients from corporate members and Law enforcement officers, to students and women who are interested in learning martial arts for survival. Instructor Hameed is very personable. I strongly recommend PCA for anyone seeking self-defense training.

AKFSC is a traditional Chinese martial arts school that focuses on high-quality training in a family-friendly environment. We offer kids' and adults' kung fu, full-contact Chinese kickboxing and fitness kickboxing (kung fitness) and boot camp. We teach two styles of hung fu: choy lay fut and Tibetan lama pai. Choy lay fut is a 10-animal style combining movements that emphasizes close-range fighting, grappling and throwing. In contrast, lama pai is an anti-grappling style that seeks to evade and strike an opponent from long range. We also specialize in Sanda, which is full-contact Chinese kickboxing. Our Sanda fighters learn punching, kicking, grasping, and throwing techniques that prepare them for fighting in the MMA and Sanda arena. Our fitness kickboxing program (kung fitness) and boot camp classes are a great way to get in shape by increasing your cardio stamina, toning your muscles and burning up to 650 calories per class! We are a Muay Thai Kickboxing School. Our focus is to teach great fundamentals that will enable the student to advance and build on the basics with correct technique. We work with all skill levels and many students that are looking for an alternative to the regular workout and gym. Our students experience weight loss, strength and endurance improvements and a lot of fun.
