- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system. I try to find the best equipment based on what the customers budget is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I of course talk to the customer to see what their security needs are (cameras, entry control, alarms or combination), I then like to do a site survey of the installation location to determine the best location for cameras to provide the most coverage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current registered Microsoft Partner and I subscribe to various industry webboards and publications. I also field test new equipment as it becomes available.
