I have tried many gyms but Doc at Elite Pro is by far the best trainer I have ever trained me. He genuinely cares about all his clients. From the very first day I walked in the door I have felt like I was the most important client. He takes time to evaluate where you are and what you want to accomplish and then created a program specifically for you. He watches you at all times to ensure you have the correct form so you don't get injured. He doesn't check his phone or turn his attention away from you while you are working out. He also stretched you out after every workout which most trainers never do anymore. I would recommend Doc and his program to anyone whether they are working out for personal goals or if they need professional training. He is very proud of all the atheletes he has helped from high school to college or even military service and professional athletes and body builders. Whatever you need, Doc can help you get there.

I'm so glad that I read the reviews and did my homework when choosing a trainer... I have had trainers in the past.. but Doc is as advertised...he is not like the trainers I received quotes from that train you out of there cars or other people's gyms..he has a huge gym that he owns with world class equipment.. very clean and is a personal training gym only and not open to the public for gym membership.. I like the personal touch..our 1st workout he kept correcting me on my form that my other trainers was showing me wrong.. I see why I stayed injured.. I finally felt the body part I was working and not my back...he worked with my budget and I say to anyone out there that is looking for a trainer.. read the reviews.... visit all whom is quoting as I feel I have wasted 5 years of training with other trainers..I look forward to this lifestyle change and will tell all my family and friends about Doc ..:-)

Courtney is very professional, knowledge and an all around nice guy. Training faculty is low key, in a strip center and is occupied by a few trainers and their clients so it's not crowded. All types of people at various stages of working toward their fitness goals . No need to feel self aware if you're not super fit. His workouts are good, tough to push but not gonna put you in the ER! Highly recommend Courtney!

David is an outstanding personal trainer. I did a tremendous amount of research and "interviews" with other potential trainers before deciding to team up with David. The first thing that I liked above his offering was the private studio. I had not worked out in a LONG time and I was self-conscious about working out in front of other people. Secondly, every other trainer I talked to tried to sell me supplements on the first phone call. This is a big turn off. Lastly, I could tell David was an intelligent guy and was not your run of the mill trainer. My experience over the last 4 months has reinforced my initial instinct. David is an articulate, intelligent and thoughtful guy which makes for an incredible training experience. He genially listens to your goals and designs the program for you. You will not do the same thing the person before or after you did-- the program is specific to your goals. He also pushes you without seeming like a drill sergeant. Within three months my body fat % went from 25+% to less than 12%. I feel better than I ever have and for the first time in my life I am hooked on exercise and improving my overall fitness. I initially committed to 3 months of intense training and was going to try and transition to working out on my own after that time period. David was in full support of this plan and at 3 months I was in a position where I could have successfully started training on my own. However, I genially enjoy working out with David so much that I have decided to continue on 3x a week with him. I am looking forward to pushing my fitness to the next level and would highly recommend David. If you are thinking about working out with a trainer you owe it to yourself to talk to David.

I am so lucky to have found Reggie at Streamline Fitness and just wished I had found him years earlier. In a panic over my upcoming December 4th wedding, I knew I needed help! There was something personable about his message to me introducing himself. I scheduled an assessment appointment with him. Reggie evaluated my strength, endurance and balance (which was pretty bad) as well as my goals (lose weight for my wedding). He also sent me an easy to follow meal plan that would help get me to my goal weight. On my first day with Reggie, I had no clue what I was getting into or where to even begin. Reggie was very caring and understanding of my limitations but continued to believe in me and that I could do it and promised that it would get better if I kept coming back. I must say, he was right! Almost 4 weeks in, I am amazed how good I feel and that I am even excited to go see him, even the 6 am sessions. He switches it up and everyday is something different which keep it fun and exciting. Everybody there is super nice and make you feel comfortable because they are also doing the same thing. Richard is a professional trainer that knows what he's doing. He's flexible and will work with your schedule too. He will make a meal plan and workout plan designated for your goals. Don't expect over night change. Trust him and you'll see results as you keep training. He's certified, carries himself well, and has a proven record of success - every person he has trained for a competition has placed. Whatver your goal is, he will help you get there. He's always available if you needed to text, call, or email about a question or concern. He wants to help you succeed, but you have to want to succeed as well. He will make it affordable for your budget as well. This is not a big franchise gym with exorbitant fees and trainers that don't care about you. Who wishes Chris Powell from Extreme Weight Loss would show up on their doorstep but without the television cameras? Well, I met Jeff Chaffee from Train at Home Atlanta at the Alive Expo and he comes pretty close. Jeff doesn’t move in for any length of time. But he does provide support when I need it the most. We came to an agreement to exchange training sessions for promotion, and what a great experience that has been. The first time I met Jeff at my home, we discussed my goals (lose all of the extra weight), my eating habits, and my concerns dealing with the weight. After Jeff, got a clear understanding of what my goals were, we (meaning I) was off and exercising. Jeff is a little different in that he doesn’t wear “gym “clothes”. So he is not going down and dirty with you but, instead helps you work through it and then you get to learn the correct postures and forms quicker. Jeff is a former Marine, with 8 years of personal training experience. In addition he belongs to American Council for Exercise, and is certified by the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers, Jeff is also certified from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute and has 3 years of Hypnotherapy Experience. Jeff is unique in the aspect that he comes to your home, office, or wherever you schedule him to be for a week. Then the following week, he Skype's with you (which is half price). You just need a webcam. Jeff helps you design a schedule that works best for you. Jeff explains this too helps begin to take on the exercise, nutrition, and new ways thinking as a lifestyle. Then it becomes more about you and your life and less about him. Since school ended this past week (yeah), he is experiencing my children. My 9 year old daughter wants you to know he is nice, cute, and funny. He also takes time to address them and other people in my life, because he understands they are important and a big factor in my overall movement. On a given day, Jeff will have me do step ups, squats, pushups, and weights. He also monitors and prescribes activity in between sessions. Before each session, he will ask how your food intake, and exercise was from the last meeting. He also texted me after me after my 5k. He wanted to check in on how I felt. Also after each session, a day or two later, he texts to see how you are feeling physically and emotionally. The good news is that Jeff feels that I have my eating under control. I am feeling very motivated and am looking forward to getting these last 40-50 pounds off me! I searched for a while before finding Train at Home Atlanta. I wasn't looking for a boot camp or a powderpuff experience. I wanted solid, evidence-based strategies and not the latest fad. Train at Home Atlanta delivered. Every session was new and fresh. I did things I never knew I could do like boxing and yoga. The trainers are knowledgeable not only about the workout, but also about the mind-body connection. I’ve been working with Bakar and he has been absolutely incredible. I travel for work and it was hard for to find a trainer who would tailor to my ever changing schedule and provide me what I needed when I was away, but he has done just that and more. Since training with him my workouts have gotten to a level I was never able to manage before. I’m looking and feeling better with less frequent workouts than what I was originally doing on my own. Without hesitation, I can say that Alex is truly THE BEST OF THE BEST. He is a fantastic trainer, and I can guarantee you that his skills and knowledge are top notch! I have been training with Alex via his online training program for 6 months, and am in the best shape of my life! Although hesitant about his techniques at first, I stuck with the program and am extremely happy that I did because my strength, agility, and muscle definition is like never before! I have gone from having difficulty with regular squats to being able to do pistol squats with ease, from not being able to do push-ups to cranking them out, and can almost do a chin-up (give me 1 more month)! Alex is a fantastic trainer. I am in my early twenties, and I started working with Alex about year ago, meeting three times a week, for several months. He got me into the best shape I have ever been in. I was able to put on muscle incredibly quickly, and he helped me transform my body. More importantly, he was dedicated, thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. I have trained with other trainers before, and they always seem to be missing at least one of those components. Alex has the full package. Alex takes his job very seriously, and his dedication shines through. He was never too pushy, but always struck the exact balance needed to motivate myself. Alec is a personal trainer out of respect I call him coach. At 69 as retired military officer of 40 years over a nine year period I have blimped out over 120 pounds with an attitude of being comfortable with blimping and not exercising. My adult daughter out of concern for my disregard for my health birthday present of purchasing two months of 16 sessions.. After a month of sessions I have changed my eating patters, the food I eat and activity level. As a result I have lost 20 good pounds and back on the path toward better self care. My plan after this month is to have a monthly tune up session. Alec works well with the elders of our community such as myself . He is young but wise beyond his years. He is patient with decernment pushing to achieve but not to hurt or humiliate. His physical training program is unique that is a combination of yoga and building muscular agility with counter body stress points without the need for weight programs or visits to the gym. While I am sure he would be an effective training coach for those under 40 I highly recommend him for the geriatric grump such as myself who is wanting to live better...beba

V is probably one of the best trainers you can get in Atlanta, especially for the price. You can schedule workouts from 30 minutes to an hour (depending on your skill level, not how much you want to do in one day), and V will meet with you once or multiple times a week. I'm 25 years old and have a generally good BMI, but I recently moved back to Atlanta and needed someone to help me get back into shape, stay cognizant of my fitness, and set new goals for myself. In the ten weeks (once a week workouts) I've worked with V, I've gained more endurance and seen increases in strength. V will push you from the beginning, but the workouts are varied and V will never make you do anything you absolutely can't do. When you're having trouble, he will recommend ways to make the exercise more doable, and always encourages you to keep going. His workouts are usually based in quick circuits, and will always work out a few different muscle groups. Also, V is a very knowledgeable trainer and can tell you anything you want to know about working out on your own, eating right, and generally staying healthy. I would highly recommend V to anyone else, for his skill-set, for the price of the sessions, and for the efficiency in half-an-hour. I'm moving up to twice a week sessions and will be with V for the foreseeable future.

Keira is a great personal trainer! She’s a lot of fun to work with and very respectful. The best thing I could say about her is she knows how far to push you and how to accommodate any physical issues you might have. Awesome experience. A++. I highly recommend!

Matt is the best trainer I have ever had. I have used several trainers over the years and watched other trainers, including some my wife used and Matt is the best I have used and seen. He really stays abreast of the latest trends in fitness and diet and is very good helping his clients achieve their fitness and health goals. He has a diverse set of clients and I have been impressed how he adjusts the workouts to fit the particular person. He also practices what he preaches, unlike some trainers. He participates in some classes including some Seal training, does a lot of research and then adapts it to fit his particular trainee. He always has a training session that has a lot of variety and works a lot of different muscle groups and also gets in the aerobic training. He does an outstanding job!

This is my third week working with Midtown Trainers and I could not be happier. I appreciate how all the trainers use their individual strengths, working together as a team to help you reach your goals. Lauren, my main trainer, is phenomenal. She is right there watching my form and will help me make immediate adjustments as needed. She pushes me when she is confident that I can do more, and I trust her so if she thinks I can do it then I believe I can as well. The programs are individualized and progressive so you never feel stagnate or bored. I highly recommend this team of trainers. Trey has chosen a great group of professionals who are passionate about fitness and will work hard in your behalf to get you where you want to be.

I trained with Matt for over two years and it was a wonderful experience! I went from being able to only use a few machines at the gym to lifting more than I could have ever imagined. Matt was always patient and would make sure you were doing each individual exercise correctly. If I hadn't moved out of state I don't think I would have ever switched trainers!

I've known Dan Rossman since 2011 and consider him to be a professional at what he does. When I first joined his class in late 2011 I couldn't run to the end of the street and back to the gym without walking. That distance amounted to a mere 1/2 mile. Additionally, while he said in my initial evaluation that I was athletic I was severely out of condition. His fast twitch exercises coupled with long and short distance cardio training changed everything for me. Finally, though I'm no longer able to attend his classes he remains a solid resource of information always at the ready to help.
