Quick Fix Appliance was very prompt in responding to my microwave repair inquiry on Thumbtack, and scheduled an appointment with their technician Alex soon after. I have been greatly pleased with my experience with Alex - He was very professional, courteous, thorough, and of course good at what he does. He gave me a clear explanation of the issue after doing a thorough check of the microwave, pointing out the broken/damaged door hinges that needed to be replaced, agave me a quote that seemed competitive to me. Once I agreed to go ahead, he carried out the fix within a few days. A very satisfactory and easy experience overall, and would definitely recommend Alex and Quick Fix to all!
