My microwave on my combo microwave/oven stopped working and I was able to have Jake come out sooner that any other company could come. He was professional and went through the pros and cons of repairing the microwave vs purchasing a new one. He was detailed and did not pressure us to move forward with what would be an expensive wild goose chase to diagnose the problem with the microwave. We subsequently replaced the unit and did not pursue repair but appreciate the professional opinion we received. Consult fee is also very reasonable. Thanks!

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience. They "took" my microwave, collected the diagnostic fee then told me there was an accident when it was being repaired. They offered to give me a rebate of $100 towards a new one and I accepted. That was 2 months ago. I have called, texted but apparently they have BLOCKED ME. I will be filing a police report against the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Paul was great. I had several appliances with different broken things- handle, light, etc…. He was able to find a handle for my 20yr old oven/microwave wall unit which saved me from having to spend $4k for a new one due to broken handle. He also fixed motherboard in fridge as all the lights went out. He was super responsive and cleaned up after his work which was appreciated. I will call Expert back for any repairs in the future!

I hired Mr. V Appliance & Electrical remotely to take care of three odd jobs - gas dryer maintenance and repair, estimate on repairing microwave handle, and some tweaks to a ceiling fan. The technician. The tech contacted me and showed up within the given window, discussed service options with me, performed the requested services, and notified me upon completion. I can't speak to the work quality since I haven't seen it yet, but given how hard it is to even get some folks to respond, I was very impressed with the prompt reply and dispatch of a technician to assess and address my concerns, and the professionalism of the tech in contacting me before, during, and after the work
