- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to work in packages so that you get the most of what you're paying for. I am always happy to come up with something custom if my basics don't fit your needs/wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we start with a consult, where I can go over goals and assess how you and your dog work together and what you want out of training. we discuss how quickly you want results and what that will entail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6+ years of working with reactive dogs, and have trained many pets and coming service dogs. I have trained my own medical alert dog.
