They were amazing. They walked me through the plan step by step, texted me pictures of the supplies I would need and asked for my approval before moving forward with any purchases or decisions. I felt like I was in the loop every step of the way and they really care about the quality of their work. While they were here, I asked them to give me a couple of quotes on more renovations that I needed, and they were transparent and fair. They discussed many different options with me and even billed in a specific way that allowed for my landlord to get tax write-offs, which ultimately was the factor that helped him approve the additional renovations.

Does not have the ability to understand customers needs and desires. Lack of ability of communication. Provided an estimate that was short sighted and not within any industry standards for restoration from water damage.
