FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be clear, transparent, and based on the level of care your pets receive. For care visits and dog walks, rates are structured by visit length: $19.99 for 20 minutes, $25.99 for 30 minutes, $37.99 for 45 minutes, and $45.99 for 1 hour. This allows you to choose the amount of time and attention that best fits your pet’s routine. We focus on providing consistent, high-quality care with the same dedicated sitters supporting each service area, creating a more personalized experience than large sitter marketplaces. Because of this, our pricing reflects professional, relationship-driven service rather than one-time gig visits. We’re currently offering a limited-time promotion — clients will receive $100 in booking credit after scheduling their first paid visit (must book by March 20th). All pricing and promotions are shown clearly during the booking process, with no hidden surprises at checkout.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most new clients begin by scheduling a complimentary Meet & Greet. This gives you and your pets the chance to get comfortable with your dedicated sitters, walk through routines, and ask any questions before services begin. It’s a relaxed way to make sure everyone feels confident and prepared. After the Meet & Greet, clients can easily book services online by choosing the visit type, schedule, and details that fit their needs. We guide you through a simple onboarding process so we can learn about your pet’s personality, routine, and any special instructions. Once care begins, you’ll receive real photo and text updates after every visit, so you always know exactly how things are going at home. Our goal is to make the entire experience easy — with consistent sitters, clear communication, and dependable care from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team’s experience comes from years of hands-on pet care combined with a strong focus on safety, communication, and professional standards. We work with a wide variety of pets and are comfortable handling different personalities, routines, medications, and special care needs. Every Pet Pal Pro completes training before they begin caring for pets, ensuring they understand our care standards, safety practices, and expectations for providing consistent, dependable service. Beyond day-to-day experience, we’ve built Georgia Pet Pal around structured processes, consistent sitter assignments, and clear client communication to ensure every visit meets a high standard of care. We believe great pet care is a combination of knowledge and real-world experience — understanding animal behavior, maintaining calm and reliable routines, and always prioritizing your pet’s comfort and safety.
