- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If potential clients are looking for a "by the hour" price, it's usually $85/hr. However, most of my pricing is tailored toward the job. Customization is a trademark of my company so there really isn't a set price in anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Grinding out the details. That's the first step. Once everything is out in the open, it's so much easier to get down to the typical questions of "how long" and "how much".
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Auburn University. However, my experience mainly comes from being hands on. Most everything I "sell", i have some form of experience with.
