My partner of 13 years and I planned our wedding in 12 days. Her brother was coming to Florida for a visit and with the law legalizing Gay marriage recently passing we needed a caterer that didn't need any hand holding. Dave and his team were terrific! The food was fabulous, the service spectacular and the price just right. They went over and above the call of duty. Heather even helped to orchestrate the event, taking pictures and videos before and during the ceremony, then putting on her food service hat for the reception while managing to take still photos and directing the cutting of the cake. We highly recommend chef Dave's company, services and staff. We were treated with respect just like any couple should be on the happiest and most memorable day of there lives.

Having a same sex wedding means not always knowing which vendor will be friendly and supportive. When we first met David he explained how he would make this event a success. Not only did he do an amazing presentation but made us feel relaxed about the entire process. When the wedding day came, David was there the entire time. Him and his team were absolute professionals. Everyone at our wedding was impressed by the set up, their friendliness and the food. They were so good that one of his guys started serving the wine even though he was not asked to. His team was friendly, outgoing and people couldn't stop talking about it. We are so appreciative that we've told everyone to hire him. Thank you David and SSC Catering for the wonderful experience. My experience with Dave from 3 Scoops Ice Cream, was phenomenal. Dave's wonderful, and extremely talented crew catered our wedding this past weekend. My entire guest list raved about the food, how exceptional it was, delicious, fresh, beautifully made. Everyone was full and happy. However, Dave's crew went above and beyond the superb quality and presentation of the food. They played the roles of so many, event planners, photography directors, etc etc...they were the whole package. Not only did they ensure that everyone was catered to, but they made sure that every aspect of the event, went beautifully. All we have to say is THANK YOU. I fully recommend Dave's services for your event.

It was a piece of cake (no pun intended) to work with David and his team! He catered my son's wedding rehearsal dinner and it was truly a five star hit! He arrived in plenty of time, had everything prepared and ready to go, honored start and finish times and was exceptionally friendly. There was more than enough food for all to make our evening enjoyable, and his prices were very fair. If you can get only one good item, go with the shrimp.....delicious to say the least. I would recommend David without any reservation, he'll take great care of your needs!!! Thank you David from the Cafferty Clan:-)

He is extremely professional, flexible, dependable, and provides the best options to fit your budget. Our guest were all extremely satisfied and even asked for referrals.
