- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fair as possible with my pricing. Sometimes it could be difficult because you have handyman or just people working on the side who aren’t business owners or licensed electrician.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reaching out and communicating with them over the phone to get a good understanding of the type of electrical help that they need sometimes prices can be given over the phone and sometimes it has to be on site visits
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my journeyman’s and masters electrical license
