John covered and screened our porch, including relaxing the posts so the porch was up to code. He was very good about keeping us up to date on timelines and making sure to talk through what we were trying to do to keep everyone on the same page. Finished product looks great!

John was fantastic. We had an emergency situation this morning and before I finished my lunch John had arrived, removed the old door and installed a new one. He was friendly, punctual, and reasonably priced. Thanks John for rescuing our weekend!

We needed prompt assistance changing the garage door opener motor changed. My car was trapped inside the garage. John came when he said he will and the work was done well. He gave us advice related to other potential issues we could have with the garage door and its weight. We really appreciated his input. One thing you may want to keep in mind, is to ask him to take the old garage motor or old parts after he finishes the work. He did not take the old parts. Later he said that the customer has to let them know you want the trash removed.

Very impressed with the work John did for our garage torsion conversion. He did visit our place to look at the problem and quickly determined the best way to tackle it. Appreciated when he went into details on what is needed and also went through warranty on the parts. As promised returned back with parts and finished the work in under 30 mins time. He even offered to check back if there is an issue after installation. Will definitely hire genesis overhead if we come across outdoor related issues in future
