I would recommend share homestaging to all of my friends after a great experience with this company. We had our intire homestage for a quick sale and they did it and did it well. Prior to them coming out our house had been on the market for 4 months and after the staging we got a contract immediately. This company was very easy to work with and very accommodating. I found Sheer HomeStaging through thumbtack and saw them on Facebook. After talking to Sharice I knew her experience level was what I was looking for. After coming out to my home and analyzing the needs and services my wife and I needed. I would say that they went over and beyond my expectation in decorating our home. We have owned our home for 3 years and have not had any time to do any decorating. Sharice added our personality and her expertise to give us a while factor to our home. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for working with a new customer is to schedule a consultation and understand what the customers home design needs are. Also to get to know their vision. From there we are able to put together a vision of our design direction. Each staging and design project is different depending on if the home owner is staging to sell or redesigning for a new look. I am very open minded and very easy to work with. I am very diverse in my style of designs rather its modern, contemporary, traditional or rustic.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started staging in 2005 family, friends and a lot of referrals. From there I have received my staging certificate online and have a mad passion for home décor and design. Home designing is a gift that I have always had and a natural fit. I have the eye for perfection. I no what it takes to get a house designed and sold.
