ORIGINAL POST: I initially contracted with Jose Soriano of Soriano's Construction Company LLC (based on a great recommendation from a neighbor) to paint the exterior of my home. Jose provided a very timely cost estimate and detailed scope of work, along with documentation of insurance coverage, shortly after I contacted him. The estimate was very thorough with a comprehensive scope of work and a reasonable cost estimate. After the work was contracted, Jose and his crew (that included several family members) showed up every day promptly at 8am and they worked continuously until the end of each work day until the project was finished. They were very thorough, neat, and paid attention to detail throughout the project. The results are excellent and I would easily recommend them to others looking for painting services.
