- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be discussed based on chosen course level and course duration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) I always hold a mock class where I introduce my students to my teaching techniques as well as provide them with a typical kind of worksheet that they can be expecting from me. This class is provided free of charge. I will also provide my students with a course outline from start to beginning. I provide three courses from which the student is able to choose from: Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced; and based on that the course outline will be provided. Each course will typically be distributed among a duration of three months with two classes a week. 2) Given that the student has gone over the course outlines, and chosen the course level they want to pursue, I will start teaching the course accordingly. Worksheets will be provided every class (generally two to three worksheets per class).

- Middle school in Chinese Language (from 3rd Grade to 6th Grade) - Lived in China for 6-7 years altogether - Attained Diploma in Chinese language, as well as received Chinese language scholarship from university in China
