Brad has been working with me as a personal trainer for a few months. He has been great at helping me understand the connection between food, fitness and overall health. I am over 50 and I think I am learning for the first time how to exercise. Brad has designed a program that works for me. I have always been active, but struggled with weight gain and just generally being out of shape due to a very busy lifestyle, stress, etc. I'm looking forward to reaching my goals!

Brad is one of the best. Brad is not only a great and motivational fitness trainer, he is also very knowledgeable about particular exercises specifically designed for you. He works on getting you to reach the goals you set. I highly recommend Brad if you want to get yourself in to great shape and learn a lot along the way that will benefit you in the long run.

This guy is no joke! He can get you where you want to go. Real pleasure to be around..... And knows his stuff. If you have a fitness goals you are struggling to reach then Brad is your guy. He can make the work you put in more enjoyable instead of just a grind.

Brad has been great to work with. He not only explains the why of the exercise but also what muscles are effected. My workout is custom to what I am trying to achieve. And, as a vegan, it is good to work with someone who can help with any dietary recommendations to make the workout more successful. I am on my 3rd month with Brad and plan on continuing.

As a student a NPTI, Brad was my instructor and he was amazing!!! Incredibly motivating and inspiring both as a trainer and as a lecturer in the class room. His passion is a gift!!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am NASM certified (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and required to be continually training and advancing my knowledge base in the fitness and nutrition industry. I am also an instructor at NPTI (National Personal Training Institute), which trains students to become personal trainers, and through this academic environment, I am continually learning the latest advancements in fitness.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    All of our programs are customized. We work with you to refine specific goals, habits and exercise routines that will work seamlessly with your lifestyle.
