Fitness621 feels like a family, the trainers and patrons are kind, supportive, and quite entertaining. Never a day or workout at this gym! I have been with Fitness621 for nearly a year now, and I am throughly pleased with the level of service and accountability that I have received. John truly pushes and positions you for long term success, as well as provides you with the tools for you to start living/eating a healthier lifestyle. This has been a life changing experience -physically & mentally and the overall experience here at Fitness621 has been the best, which has kept me motivated to keep coming back.

I love the one on one experience and attention to detail I receive during my training sessions. The trainers are truly invested in my health, safety and progress. The location is very clean, with an emphasis on Personal and Small Group sessions. Even on days I am not scheduled to train, my trainer (John) will do weekly check ins for updates on my meal plan and weigh ins. First class service at Fitness 621!
