Great experience from start to finish! The two guys who came out did an amazing job getting my surround sound system working properly and sounding great. I had been having trouble with it, and they took the time to figure everything out and make sure the entire system was working the way it should.

The pricing we quote, is to customer and company.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Topically we prefer to visit job site, listen to the customer concerns, demonstrate how the work is going to be done and if we agree on scope and price we are ready to proceed respectfully.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Company will to keep up with technology so training is twice per year however the proof is in my rating.
