I had lots of weeds that needed to be picked, and Cedric and his crew were very thorough. They were willing to do anything I asked them to do...which was a lot! Very polite and professional!

We have agreed for a flat rate to fix the irrational system for $100 + parts. However someone named Cliff came. when the job was almost done the guy charge me for $450 include a $125 parts fee! I mentioned it was a flat rate and ask for the guy to show receipt for the parts. The guy said he brought these voices previously and each cost 50! And he threatened me he will not paved my lawn if I don't pay. I negotiated with him and agreed for $280 including parts. He then left and told me no warranty, if there is any issues call him again, I will never hire him again! After he left, I found homedepot sell these volves for only less than $20! Be aware of this flat rate scam, cheating on high price parts, and no warranties!
