Not only was the editing outstanding, but they also added creative touches and enhancements that elevated the final product. The finished video became a key promotional marketing piece for my event and helped boost ticket sales. I only had two rounds of revisions, and honestly, one of those revisions was because my notes were incorrect on my end. I even showed some frustration during the process, but they never matched that energy. They remained professional, patient, and focused on finding solutions. Most importantly, they kept reminding me that everything was still feasible and fixable. They even took the time to jump on a FaceTime call with me to walk through concerns and make sure we were aligned.
