FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on my experience in the field I’m being hired for I have a base price of general labor, but my prices are always negotiable and it’s always quality over quantity. I’m definitely willing to work with people I understand everyone’s not made of money and even if you are you got there because you know how to manage it so therefore I’m not gonna try to take out of your pocket anything I don’t work for
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I inform them of my 60$ service fee that’s waved of course if they decide to give me the job to do unless outside of my 20 mile radius and if u qualify will be refunded off the total price of the job with a 10% first time customer discount. Also inform them that I charge a minimum of two hours at my set price. Unless we can come up with a set total price to do it for and I always work with my customer’s so they feel it’s fair because I’d rather get all the work from them than one job to rip them off.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of on-site training, but a lot of very talented people. I’ve been very blessed to have worked for some of the people off work, for a lot of them were best in their field and I learned first hand.
