- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the number of rooms and the condition of the carpet. Standard cleaning solution and light furniture moving are included. Stairs, stain treatment, and pet- or smoke-related treatment are priced separately when needed. We confirm the total before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first confirm the number of rooms, stairs, stains, pets, and any problem areas. Photos help us quote accurately. At the appointment we inspect and spot-test the carpet, pre-treat where needed, clean it thoroughly, and do a final walkthrough with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our approach is built on hands-on residential cleaning, proper product use, spot testing, and careful treatment based on the carpet material and condition.
