Lanicia G. says, "Adrian serviced my plumbing needs and did a great job! He assessed the situation and explained what repair would be needed. He provided a fair quote and made sure that I was comfortable prior to beginning the worked. He showed me what went wrong and made the repair promptly, he even did a couple of tests runs to ensure that I was satisfied. He was very friendly and took the pressure away as I am a woman and often experience high pressure technicians who over charged because they think I’m not knowledgeable. I’d recommend Adrian to anyone and would use this company again in the future"See more

Hasan is an honest and knowledge HVAC technician which rare to find. I called him to replace furnace components which the other HVAC company suggest to replace. His pricing is very fair; about half less than the other HVAC company charges. Even that, he said is not necessary to replace and spend money for this job since system still working well. I will definitely use him on future maintenance and HVAC repair needs.

Expertise That Saved My Summer - Richard, the HVAC Hero!

I am here to share my phenomenal experience with Richard, an HVAC professional who I discovered through Thumbtack. Anyone who's ever grappled with HVAC problems, especially during the intense heat of summer, will resonate with the sense of unease we feel when something goes awry. We're not specialists in the field, so naturally, we're left to the mercy of the HVAC technicians to diagnose and solve the problem.

My predicament involved a leaking water unit, which, inconveniently, started malfunctioning on a Wednesday evening around 7pm. From my limited knowledge, I could guess it was either a clog in the pipe leading the condensation outside or worse, a broken condensation catch pan. The latter meant a more complicated, costlier repair.

In my moment of uncertainty, I reached out to Richard's company via Thumbtack, not expecting an immediate response. However, to my surprise, they responded swiftly, even though it was after hours. They understood the gravity of the situation and my work schedule constraints, and showed up at my doorstep the next night, once again after normal work hours.

Richard, in person, was just as professional and courteous as his initial response suggested. He took the time to walk me through the whole process, explaining each detail as he went along, demystifying the world of HVAC, and making it comprehensible to an outsider. The problem, as it turned out, was indeed a clog. Richard fixed it on the spot, swiftly and efficiently.

What's more, the service was provided at an extremely affordable price, making the whole experience far less stressful than I had imagined. I felt relieved and educated, instead of just another client on his to-do list.

I implore anyone reading this to sprint, don't stroll, to Richard for your HVAC needs. His exceptional professionalism, punctuality, integrity, fairness, and dedication to educating his clients is unparalleled. This isn't just another HVAC repair service; this is an HVAC experience that leaves you wiser and utterly satisfied.

Richard is not just an HVAC technician; he's a true advocate for his customers, and for that, he deserves the highest accolades.

Alpha Tech Mechanical

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the work Alpha Tech Mechanical has completed on my home. They performed a full system replacement including the duct work for my upstairs HVAC system.

I work in the software technology field that helps supports many aspects of Facility Maintenance and have extensive knowledge of this industry. Alpha Tech Mechanical fully understands HVAC and building science in every detail and applies industry best practices in their work.

In my experience with other HVAC companies they simply do “break-fix” repair but never try to or want to address overall system issues. This is in part because it may not be the most profitable approach for their business or lack on industry knowledge. Additionally, many other HVAC companies either don’t care or don’t know how ensure your HVAC system is performing to optimal efficiency and capacity. Jack and his team truly understand all of this and therefore can take a completely different approach.

Alpha Tech Mechanical took their time and walked me through their thorough diagnosis they performed on my new system during the commissioning process. This ensured me that the system they installed was performing to desired specification. After all was said and done the results showed that the system was performing well beyond the manufacturer specifications. I fully accredit this to Jack and his team doing what I would consider the best quality work I have ever seen in residential HVAC.

Here’s to Building Science,

Thank You Alpha Tech Mechanical
