- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my services based on the National Average / RSMeans Contractor"s Pricing Guide. My pricing is usually at or below National Average. I have no problem letting my potential Clients know that they can have access to the same source as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Until we can build a business relationship, trust between ourselves, i only ask that the client check any and all my references and
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While i did gratuate high school, i also served in the Army branch of the military. and have taken some college courses. However, my most rewarding experiences come from on the job training.. where i decided to go for my dream of owning my own business. October 1st 2015, made exactly 15 years i been in business for myself . only getting better .
