Horrible! Not sure if he is a good person or just a great liar, but I know for sure his professionalism is horrible. Was unable to do the full job not sure if he never knew how or was just in a rush. I still have things in this house that’s not complete. And the things that are complete is a half a** job. He will have an excuse for everything. Say he’s coming and will not show up. Plays music loud in the house when I work from home asked prior to hiring if I needed to leave the house during working hours and was told no. I hate leaving bad reviews but this service was absurdly horrible. Said he had a glass person for the bathroom and then when it was time for the glass for the shower the glass person was in Mexico. The wiring for my room, the living room, and the hallway (especially the hallway) is messed up. My daughter even knows her room is not safe for her and she’s 6!

Update: I do not like giving negative reviews but Juan has put me in a position to warn others of his terrible service. Beware!! If I could give Juan ZERO stars I would. What started out as a pleasant experience ended up being a nightmare. I would never recommend him to anyone and I have told all previous referrals to NOT use him. Save yourself the headache and find another contractor with integrity and morals. I hired Juan for a second project and his true colors have shown. He did NOT complete the project and continued to LIE to my husband and I about finishing. He would say he could come on a certain date and not show. When we would reach out he would LIE and say he was waiting on a part (that he never ordered.) He had no intentions of completing the work but all intentions to take our money. We had to hire another contractor to complete the work he did NOT do. I would rather have had him tell us he couldn’t do the project than lie and act like he was competent. We have asked for some of our money back and he STILL has not given us our refund that is rightfully owed to us. Please do not use this man. He’s a liar and bad business! His google reviews aren’t good either! Give us our money back!!!!!!!!!!
