I do not like giving negative reviews but Juan has put me in a position to warn others of his terrible service. Beware!!
If I could give Juan ZERO stars I would. What started out as a pleasant experience ended up being a nightmare. I would never recommend him to anyone and I have told all previous referrals to NOT use him. Save yourself the headache and find another contractor with integrity and morals. I hired Juan for a second project and his true colors have shown. He did NOT complete the project and continued to LIE to my husband and I about finishing. He would say he could come on a certain date and not show. When we would reach out he would LIE and say he was waiting on a part (that he never ordered.) He had no intentions of completing the work but all intentions to take our money. We had to hire another contractor to complete the work he did NOT do. I would rather have had him tell us he couldn’t do the project than lie and act like he was competent. We have asked for some of our money back and he STILL has not given us our refund that is rightfully owed to us. Please do not use this man. He’s a liar and bad business! His google reviews aren’t good either! Give us our money back!!!!!!!!!!
