- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning and restoration industry since 1997. From general cleaning, to carpets, area rugs, HVAC SYSTEMS, upholstery, draperies, water damage mitigation and mold. Been through IICRC Courses for water damage restoration and mold to various certifications from other organization of mold remediation. Originally I found certifications to be short and brief in their training and ultimately stepped outside the box to do my own independent research not only to understand the process of the Sevices I provide but how it relates to the health and well being of the occupant within the home and by working side by side with Doctors and patients to assure the work we were doing stands the test of time. Homes can be a direct link to how we feel on a daily basis and if our homes are sick and diseased it is generally found that this will ultimately affect our health.
