My passion is designing and I put myself and my heart in every house that i'm going to work with. I see to it that I will fit the best unique item that is fitted in one house. Most of the houses i staged went under contract within 2 to 5 days. My fees are very reasonable thats why i got 15 contracts in a month.Not all houses are the same that's why I put my own touch and work my magic. The house sells faster. I work so hard more than I was paid for. I see to it that the services that I will put in staging one house will make stand out in the listings. Most of the houses I staged were under contract within 1 day to 7 days. I am a member of REIA Atlanta and run the Flipping chicks of Atlanta. I'm also a member of RESA. Most of my clients came from REIA Atlanta and investors and referrals.

She has a true passion for staging and decorating according to the style of home and city with which the home dwells. She takes photos to see how it will appear once the property is listed online. Truly a staged home sells for more and sooner. The home I listed that she staged sold for $10k above asking price and received multiple offers in a short timeframe. My seller was very pleased with her work. I hope she grows her team. She is in high demand, yet reasonably priced. I love how responsive she is during the whole process.

Maria is very professional, and organized. She defiantly knows what she does and would fulfill your home staging needs. Maria did such a good job staging my property in Midtown. She was very flexible and willing to extra work to make our place look PERFECT. We had high traffic on showing and ended up selling it relatively quickly with multiple offers. Her suggestions at staging were really helpful.
