- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We set our pricing to be as straightforward and simple as possible. There is nothing more frustrating and confusing than a list of hidden fees, extra add-ons, or itemized prices... So we will communicate every step of the process with you, to provide full transparency concerning our methods and prices. Discounts are also available to active military, veterans, and houses of faith.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is for us to get to know each other a little bit better. We will schedule a phone call so you can talk directly to one of our representatives. The representative will work with you to discuss specific needs and work out a date for service. Depending on your requests, they might suggest a personalized walk-through, for a first hand assessment of any special requests, or further pricing clarification. After pricing and date is agreed upon, we will send our professional team to come out and service your property. Our crew will communicate each step of the process with you, taking extensive before and after pictures, giving you the ability to see the transformation first hand. At the time of completion, our foreman will walk with you through the property, encouraging you to look over each spot with a fine tooth comb. Anything below the 'Harmon Standard' will be touched up immediately, with no additional charge. Any other inconsistencies, or missed spots, can be called in within the next 7 days, where we will promptly send the same crew back to your property to make things right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our full team has over 9 years of Commercial and Residential pressure washing experience. We also have crew members who are certified by the state of GA in professional welding (stick/flux-core/MIG).
