Introduction: When my students play they not only play notes but they have correct rhythm, phrasing, hand technique and musicality. I am not interested in just getting through the lesson. I want the student to learn something valuable every lesson and will work patiently until they fully understand whatever the concept. I do not run students into a tiny studio with a keyboard and expect them to gain proper piano technique without a piano. I really like seeing a person learn and get excited about something that will stay with them their whole life long. Music is a gift that we can give ourselves everyday. I like developing that gift.
