Our son began his piano lessons with Jorja when he was seven years old. She was creative, patient, and unfailing kind in her time with him. He studied with her (3 years) until we moved across the state because of a job transfer. She provided a wonderful foundation for his music studies. (He will be an organ performance major at Baylor University in the fall of 2014). Bill was in our home several times to tune our piano. He helped us take good care of that old piano and he was ever patient with the three little "helpers" in our household. I still remember my young children lined up in the floor watching him work on our piano. We have three children who have collectively taken 29 years of music lessons. We have studied with many teachers and hired several piano technicians in those years. The Davis' rank among our favorites. I highly recommend them!

I have been taking voice lessons with Jorja for 2+ years, which may sound like a long time, but I was starting from ground zero. She has worked with me, encouraged and helped me to develop and greatly improve my singing abiilty. I would highly recommend her as an instructor.

Both Bill and Jorja Davis have provided me with voice lessons. Their knowledge of music as well as various instruments, including the voice, is quite extensive. Not only can they meet you where you are, but they can also provide the necessary tutelage to get you to where you want to be. They both have a knack for hearing what is beyond the surface, in your music and/or instrument, and bringing out the spirit that lies beneath it. I would highly recommend either one of them for any of your musical or instrumental needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bil attends regional and national Piano Technician Guild meetings. Jorja regularly attended local and state Music Teacher Association meetings in Texas. She did continuing education by attending summer music camps with her students. She plans to do the same in Georgia.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Love of teaching, Love of music.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Designing a learning course for each student based on their goals and abilities.
