It is my goal to create a WOW experience every time. ***although it is my desire to make sure my customers are given the best, sometimes there are challenges. And with these challenges comes change. With that being said, please understand that fees are subject to change given the nature of work being done. *** service fee: a service fee could range anywhere between $50-$100 depending on the scope of work. Most fees are waived in the event I am hired to do the job. Please understand that my time is valuable and looking over a job takes time. In the event where I am asked for an estimate that requires further evaluation, a service fee may be required. ***estimates: please note that any estimate given may change due to the scope of work after being assessed. Please do not ask me to give an over the phone quote for large work. It is impossible to know the scope of the work without the proper assessment of the job. ***cancellations: please note that I schedule according to availability. If you book me that slot is no longer available. If same day work I require 2 hours in advance. If next day or further I ask for a 24 hour notice. Because these are time slots that I could book someone else, I ask clients or potential clients be mindful of my time as well as others.
