Emerson Home Services did an outstanding job on my recent roof replacement! For starters, Shay Downey really went to bat for me with my insurance company. Initially, the insurance was only going to pay for a partial roof replacement along with some ceiling repairs, but after Shay worked his magic, they not only agreed to reroof the whole thing, but they also agreed to redeck it as well.The roof replacement actually took place today, and I couldnt be happier with the results! First of all, Adam Chastain, who oversaw everything, is awesome at what he does. Hes great at communicating and was easy to get in contact if I needed anything. Best of all, he guided his team to do top-notch work for me at every phase of the jobfrom the decking installation, to the drip edges on the rake edges and the eave edges, flashing around the dormers, to the actual installation of the shingles themselves, and more. Additionally, Adam had his team do a couple of things that werent even called for in the contract like replacing the decrepit flashing around my chimney and having them seal and repair a leaky attic window that had been the source of a lot of water damage in the past. Furthermore, the crew themselves were hard working, skilled, and super friendly.I genuinely couldnt be any more pleased with my roof replacement. Im really glad I went with this company, and Im now recommending them to a good friend of mine whos also in the market for a roof replacement.

A few weeks ago I had my roof replaced by Emerson Home Services, Lauren was the Rep that assisted me. Lauren was very helpful, answered all of my questions and walked me through the process, she told me what to expect, she stayed in touch with the insurance company and advocated on my behalf. Lauren returned my calls and texts promptly and checked in daily while the workers were here. The quality of the work was exceptional, they cleaned up amazingly well. I certainly recommend this company.ask for Lauren, tell her I sent you.

I worked with Luke to get my roof replaced he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient and helped us through the whole insurance claim process. Even my insurance agent mentioned how professional and cordial Luke was. Every aspect of the roof replacement process was fully explained prior to them showing up on site, so we knew exactly what to expect the day of which made things much easier. Our roof was replaced in a single day and looks great. We would definitely recommend them for any roofing inspections, replacements or repairs.

Cody McCain , Cameron Marx, Chris, and the roofing crew at Emerson Home Services did an outstanding job in providing us this new roof! Cody went above and beyond helping us work through a huge hassle with our insurance company for 7 months in order to get the insurance company to honor their contract with us. Chris and the crew were very careful not to damage our property during the installation, did a great job of cleaning up, and made sure we were satisfied when the job was done.
