The Pilates Loft, Newnan

Introduction: We offer private and semi-private apparatus sessions, group tower classes and group mat classes. Instructors are all certified in the traditional authentic pilates method, and the studio owner is a Lolita San Miguel, Pilates Master. Our studio is a boutique type studio where we focus on each individual client's specific needs. Because our group classes tend to be small, we are still able to focus on the individual. We are also a mentor studio and will soon be a certification studio. This will enable those interested in becoming pilates instructors the opportunity to receive exceptional training to become conscientious instructors. Our group class schedule is posted on the web site and all group mat classes are on a drop-in basis. Tower classes do require participants to sign up in advance.
