I’m so happy with the service I received from Jeremy Jumping Jets! Keith did an amazing job power washing my home & gutters and I honestly couldn’t believe the difference afterward. Everything looks so clean and refreshed. They were professional, respectful, hardworking, he paid attention to the details and made sure the job was done right. I truly appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

I paid $150 for power washing, and while some of the work was completed, the job was not fully finished. Jeremy told me that his water hose had broken and said he would return on Monday to complete the work. He never came back, and I did not receive any follow-up call or message.
I understand that equipment problems can happen. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-through and communication after he specifically told me he would return. I ultimately had to address the remaining work separately.
I’m giving 2 stars because some work was done, but reliability and communication are an important part of the service.
