My wife and I were moving from Minnesota to Georgia. We were looking for a very particular house and Renee helped us find it. She was very methodical with the offers and counter offers.     In addition to researching and showing houses, I conduct market research and analysis to help sellers position their houses in the market. I manage the flow of paperwork from the initial meeting through the closing. I work with a team of service providers, including home inspectors, plumbers, electricians, general handymen, roofers, lenders and attorneys to help you get to closing with a minimum of drama. I'm a "NO DRAMA" momma and work hard to protect your interests as a seller or buyer!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    When you're ill, you go to the doctor. When your car doesn't run, you go to the mechanic. Professionals are dedicated to continued education and training. Look for a Realtor who is also dedicated to training and education - look for designations such as ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) or CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) to be sure you'll be well-served.
