- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75/ session no matter how many people, split this price with your friends. Discounted packages available when you purchase multiple sessions in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Client completes an intake form -We meet and discuss clients goals -Evaluation and assessments are performed by Beth -Together we develop a home practice of poses, breath work and/or meditation. Meditation Dyads are different. This is a lead meditation with questioning to aid in processing an issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master's Degree in Yoga Therapy IRest Meditation training
