I highly recommend Pennywise Projects for all your remodeling needs. Bree and Allan are not only extremely talented, but they are honest professionals that take pride in producing quality work.
I initially hired PP to install new windows, as well as rectify the mistakes to my back patio and fireplace, left by the first “contractor” I hired, The fireplace required an enormous amount of TLC and the patio, which was made of stone had to be completely redone. After removing the stone, they built a beautiful brand new deck.
With Bree and Allan‘s expertise and creative ingenuity, they not only salvaged my house from an unsafe and unaesthetically pleasing dwelling, but they actually made my house into a home again…one in which I can be proud of.

Allan did several jobs for us. He was punctual, professional and his quality of work and attention to detail was impressive. He repaired damage to our walls, hung our ceiling to floor bedroom drapes and re-caulked our bathroom walk-in shower. He also installed 14 LED light bulbs in our 12 foot ceilings, replaced all of our smoke alarm batteries, and cleaned our gutters in our 3 story townhome. We are happy to recommend "Pennywise Projects".

I hired Pennywise Projects to design and build custom raised garden beds in my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Allan and Bree listened and offered creative suggestions that fit my vision for the perfect garden bed. They communicated throughout the project and kept me informed on the progress and any decisions needed to be made. My new garden area has completely transformed my backyard and exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend them for any projects!
