Come as you are, our personal trainers have worked with over 1000 clients over 20 years, and we can work with you. We can get you to whatever fitness goal you have, be it strength training, weight loss, body building, etc. We offer customized nutrition plans based on your height, weight, body fat composition, overall activity level. After a workout there is nothing better than a nice stretch as a nice massage. We offer that as part of our personal training packages. We offer multiple pricing options: $30 for a 30 minute session, $45 for 45 minutes, $60 for 60 minutes. I also do group personal training 3 people for $60. Message us for further details.
