- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is according to length of program, ranging from 24 weeks to 78 weeks. Prices vary also between private Personal Training and our Small Group Personal Training packages
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a 45 minute free consultation before you become a customer to gather more detailed information regarding your goals, possible injuries, medical history, and other relevant information in order to customize each program for maximum success. Your first session is an FMS screen (Functional Movement) to set a base line for movement assessment, to identify problem areas, and to objectively measure progress. We will also ask for a food journal to assess your current nutrition habits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Chi Running/Walking Instructor, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Functional Movement Specialist, Certified Yoga and Pilates. Employee has B.S. Exercise Science, ACSM Certified Health & Fitness Specialist, StrongFirst Certified Instructor, Certified Nutrition Coach. Also employ a Certified Yoga & Pilates Instructor
