I start by identifying the best features of your home, and making them the focal points. Next, I do an objective analysis of what buyers might see as negatives, and correct or minimize them. Lastly, I create emotional connection points throughout the property, to help buyers imagine themselves living in the space.
I can tailor my services to your needs, whether it is a complete written report with recommendations for changes; a half- or full-day of hands-on staging, using what you already have; my shopping services to add a few key items necessary to complete the look; or even furniture rental until your property sells.
As part of my service, I provide you with digital photographs to use with your MLS listing and marketing materials. Since 90% of home buyers start their search online, it's critical to catch their attention with quality photographs in order get them in for a tour of your beautifully staged home.
