Nary Perez was on time, a good communicator, and had good suggestions for improving my irrigation system. His base charge was 80 to review the system, with repairs or changes to the system additional. He seemed fair and had a crew of 3 others who were kept busy doing repairs as he reviewed the system. I suggest as with any irrigation repair company that you remain with them as they review your systems so you can give the go-ahead for changes or alterations. I would recommend him again.

Lucio was responsive, fixed my cut lines and then adjusted several of my sprinkler heads that were not spraying properly. I hadn’t requested the sprinkler head adjustments; he just did it because it needed to be done and charged me the same price as the quoted repair work. I had a problem with a leaking sprinkler head (I hadn't run my sprinkler system in several years) I called another irrigation system and they told me that the soonest they could have a guy come out would be 9 days! I contacted A1 Irrigation and he responded within 30 minutes and he arrived 20 minutes after that. After inspecting the sprinkler head, he told me what was causing the leak and what would be involved in repairing it. As he and his helper took apart the irrigation box, he explained to me what had failed and why he was replacing this with that. He is very easy going, and genuinely seemed to be enjoying what he was doing. And even though it was raining quite hard, he continued working on the system until it was finished. He then checked to make sure all the zones were operating properly before he left. I was very impressed, and would not hesitate to hire his company again or recommend him to friends.

When you're dealing with an irrigation problem, you hope for the best, but you also prepare for the worst. I recently hired Mack Donahoo to fix what we thought were six line breaks, a project with an agreed-upon quote. However, once the work began, it became clear the problem was much bigger. Maintenance and repair of an existing irrigation systems Arturo came out right on time and was very patient while identifying our issues. He took the time to find our main shutoff valve which was not an easy task due to it being hidden under lots of dirt and some concrete! He was also clear and honest about what was needed and what could wait until later due to budget constraints which I truly appreciate. I needed a quick repair of a sprinkler pipe that had been accidentally damaged whilst our electrician trenched electrical from our house to a remote outdoor structure. Living Water responded fastest, and they committed to coming out same day or next. They answered my questions and let me know their price based on the photo I had provided. Robert texted when they would be arriving ahead of time. He was prompt. When I showed him the damage, his team got to work immediately, repairing the pipe, checking the system for additional leaks.
