Lucio was responsive, fixed my cut lines and then adjusted several of my sprinkler heads that were not spraying properly. I hadn’t requested the sprinkler head adjustments; he just did it because it needed to be done and charged me the same price as the quoted repair work. I’d highly recommend Moreno Lawns and Landscapes for any irrigation repair work.

I had a problem with a leaking sprinkler head (I hadn't run my sprinkler system in several years) I called another irrigation system and they told me that the soonest they could have a guy come out would be 9 days! I contacted A1 Irrigation and he responded within 30 minutes and he arrived 20 minutes after that. After inspecting the sprinkler head, he told me what was causing the leak and what would be involved in repairing it. As he and his helper took apart the irrigation box, he explained to me what had failed and why he was replacing this with that. He is very easy going, and genuinely seemed to be enjoying what he was doing. And even though it was raining quite hard, he continued working on the system until it was finished. He then checked to make sure all the zones were operating properly before he left. I was very impressed, and would not hesitate to hire his company again or recommend him to friends.

When you're dealing with an irrigation problem, you hope for the best, but you also prepare for the worst. I recently hired Mack Donahoo to fix what we thought were six line breaks, a project with an agreed-upon quote. However, once the work began, it became clear the problem was much bigger. He discovered a total of 17 line breaks that needed to be repaired along with other unforseen repairs. Despite this huge increase in the scope of the project, the contractor handled it with incredible professionalism and integrity. He honored the original quote and didn't raise the price at all. This commitment to his word, even when it meant a significant amount of extra work on their end, was truly impressive. He were not just focused on getting the job done quickly; he took extra time to ensure every single repair was done correctly and that the entire system was fully functional before his team left. The system now runs perfectly, thanks to their thorough and honest work. It's rare to find this level of dedication and integrity in a contractor. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using Mack's services for our community's future maintenance and repair of the system.

I needed a quick repair of a sprinkler pipe that had been accidentally damaged whilst our electrician trenched electrical from our house to a remote outdoor structure. Living Water responded fastest, and they committed to coming out same day or next. They answered my questions and let me know their price based on the photo I had provided. Robert texted when they would be arriving ahead of time. He was prompt. When I showed him the damage, his team got to work immediately, repairing the pipe, checking the system for additional leaks. He did find one sprinkler head that was clogged which he cleaned for me at no charge. The whole visit probably lasted an hour. I highly recommend Living Water Irrigation.
